Rachèle (La Charpie) has stolen the show each time she has performed at Lamp, and this night will be no different! A cabaret style program with a mix of French art songs from the 1940s and some of her own compositions, the pieces are mostly story telling with a lot of dark humour and cynicism. The music will be entirely in French, though the English translations will be available.
Michael Shannon will be at the piano, and La Charpie will play the accordion and piano.
