LAMP’s concert hall is nothing less than exquisite. The acoustics are impeccable with a 122-person capacity house; seating includes lower floor and balcony seating. The stage area is on the main floor and the audience essentially encircles the performers. It is unique in that it offers an extremely intimate experience for both audience and performer, while also delivering recording & audio options, excellent lighting options and unobstructed viewing from the entire seating area.

Our beautiful studios offer commanding views over the Town of Lunenburg, high ceilings, internet access (wifi and wired), tables and chairs and even chalkboard (if you like old school). There is a large-screen TV available if needed.

Fees

Half Day (up to four hours during regular office hours - 8:30am - 4:30pm, including set-up and tear-down)  - $350 CAD

Full Day (up to eight hours during regular office hours - 8:30am - 4:30pm, including set-up and tear-down) - $650 CAD

$100 per hour thereafter

Additional fees:

$60 Cleaning Fee

$150 Piano Tuning (if required)

Additional $25 per hour for after-hours rentals (before 8:30am and/or after 5:30pm)

Included in these fees:

For a performance: the concert hall and attached green room

For a meeting: a studio with tables & chairs for meeting/presentation and use of the “Red Room” for lunch/catering

Both include high speed internet (wifi) and use of all bathrooms.

The concert hall and some studios also include the option of hardwired internet access.

A staff member will be on-site for the entirety of the rental period.
