Lamp’s concert hall is nothing less than exquisite. The acoustics are impeccable with a 122-person capacity house; seating includes lower floor and balcony seating. The stage area is on the main floor and the audience essentially encircles the performers. It is unique in that it offers an extremely intimate experience for both audience and performer, while also delivering recording & audio options, excellent lighting options and unobstructed viewing from the entire seating area.

Fees

Half Day (up to three hours during regular office hours - 8:30am - 4:30pm) $300 CAD

Full Day (up to six hours during regular office hours - 8:30am - 4:30pm) $500 CAD

$75 per hour thereafter

Additional fees:

$50 Cleaning Fee

$150 Piano Tuning (if required)

Additional $25 per hour for after-hour rentals (i.e. any time before 8:30am or after 4:30pm)

These fees include rental of the concert hall and green room, Wi-Fi and use of all bathrooms. A Staff member will be on-site for the entirety of the rental period. If you wish to rent one of the studios, or if you require use of the kitchen, please contact us to discuss your options.
