Ashtanga Yoga @LAMP

Jonathan Ferrucci, dedicated Ashtanga Yoga practitioner, offers three pay what you can yoga sessions here at LAMP this Spring (any payments of $25 or more will have a tax receipt sent by post). Wednesdays at 5:30pm - March 12, 19 & 26. Bring comfy clothes and a mat.

Reservations are not required - doors will open at 5:15pm. Email us for more information. Donations, if made, can be by cash, cheque or credit card at the door.
