Founded by soprano and conductor Barbara Hannigan, Equilibrium (EQ) focuses on young musicians who are finished with their training and in the first substantial phase of their professional career, with special attention to singers. We are extremely excited to have Barbara Hannigan return to Lamp this August for a one-week intensive program with some of the most extraordinary Canadian emerging artists. This amazing program is offered to artists at absolutely no cost to them (tuition, travel and accommodation are all covered) and the EQ performance is a gala fundraiser event to help offset the costs of making this possible.
