Spring Semester 2017

Creating the next generation of great performers

LAMP's primary mission is to provide talented young musicians with the career-changing opportunity to study performance and interpretive techniques with some of the finest and most sought-after Canadian and international performing artists of our time.

Focusing on musicians who are not yet 32, LAMP limits enrollments for each of its Academy programs and Master Classes to ensure an unmatched level of personal instruction and performance feedback from our guest artists. Our facilities in the historic Lunenburg Academy on the edge of the UNESCO World Heritage Site that is Old Town Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, provide a safe and idyllic base for focused study, repertoire building, preparation for auditions and competitions. And we manage to have a good bit of fun too!

Students looking for further information or wishing to apply for any of the programs listed are advised to contact our student services officer, Floriana Schnell. Applicants will need to submit a copy of their resume and a letter of reference from a current teacher or professor.
